What’s new in the week of 3/24/22–3/29/22.
A few feel-good stories about the necessity of cryptocurrency have come out amidst the chaotic war in Ukraine, back west we see Goldman Sachs changing its landing page to be entirely focused on digital assets, metaverse, and megatrends that are “reshaping economies”. Let’s dive into what’s happening with Saffron this week:
Saffron V2 Launches on KCC Tomorrow
Thank you for your patience! We’ll be launching Saffron V2 on KCC tomorrow, featuring four insurance pools for users to dive into:
In conjunction with the launch of KCC, we’ll be launching our new website for Saffron as well. As I mentioned last week, this new website will include brand new integrations, will be able to be interconnected with a deluge of other crypto applications over time, and have more information-rich features coming that power users will get significant value out of.
We’re looking to also launch the separate Academy component of our new website shortly afterwards, so be sure to keep an eye on our Twitter for details. We want to thank you again for your patience and we can’t wait to see what you guys think of our new layout!
Chamber of Digital Commerce Interview
I mentioned this last week but we’re dusting off an old user favorite of ours and kicking off the first 2022 episode of the Saffron Academy Podcast with none other than a representative from the Chamber of Digital Commerce. In this upcoming episode, we’ll be discussing the current political climate with crypto regulations from someone on the ground in Washington DC, the necessity of a trade association like this, the massive untapped hidden innovative potential of blockchain and Web3, and more! Saffron Town Hall This Sunday
With the launch of the website and Saffron V2 on KCC, we’ll be holding our first Town Hall of 2022 this Sunday (3/27) at 12:00pm EST on Telegram. There, we’ll have members of the Saffron Finance team answer questions surrounding V2, the future of Saffron, and more. If you happen to miss the event we’ll have a transcript of the Town Hall published afterwards. We’re looking forward to seeing all of you there!
