What’s new in the week of 6/03/22–6/09/22.
It’s evident that cryptocurrency and digital asset companies are preparing for a bear market as Coinbase dominates headlines by enacting hiring freezes and rescinding job offers. Like we’ve been saying for the past few weeks, now is an opportune time for development teams to focus on building and for veteran investors to accumulate projects that are poised to survive the bear market. While a lot of work is being done behind the scenes, there isn’t too much we’re able to divulge just yet. Here’s what we can currently share:
Saffron Hires New Writer
We’re excited to announce that our hiring progress continues as we focus on expanding the Saffron team this summer. Last month we increased the size of our development team and now in June we’re bringing on board a new writer, Plum, to help us build out Saffron Academy, refine Saffron’s SEO, and more.
Plum will give his intro next week to explain a bit about his background and his objectives for a new series he’s starting. I can’t wait to see what his voice brings to the Saffron team. Feel free to give him a warm welcome in the Telegram chat!
Saffron May Town Hall Recap

Saffron Summer Begins
This summer we’re going to continue aggressively building out our protocol and expanding our network with influential decision makers - both in our own industry and in the US government. While these partnerships and relationships are happening behind the scenes, users can look forward to the following new developments in the coming months:
- New Saffron Academy website
- New version of Saffron Finance V2 — including multi-chain
- New landing page
- Saffron V2 Whitepaper
