How to Report Buggs and claim your bounty?

Steps:

1. Log in to your account https://sagemaster.io/sign-in
2. Click on the feedback icon
3. Write in the subject field: “BUG:[name of the page]”

For example BUG: Sharp Terminal/Sharp trade
4. Fill in the body of the feedback following the template:

Summary: add a short description of the issue
Steps to reproduce: add steps of how we can reproduce the issue that you have founded
Expected result: describe what are you expected to get if this issue doesn’t exist
Impact: describe the potential impact of this issue and how critical is it
Attachment: add the link from https://www.screencast.com/ where you download the proof of the issue. It can be a video or screenshot. Better to have both of them

2. Connect HitBTC exchange account
3. Open Dashboard
4. Pay attention that the available coin balance is not displayed in the Balances block

Expected result: Available coin balances are displayed on the Balances block on the Dashboard

Additional information: This issue is reproduced on the Manage Exchange page. This issue is very critical for me. Balances block is very helpful to check my available coins.
