THE DIVISIONS
PORTSIDE — The Thieves
They are masters of stealth, subterfuge, and blending into the background. They can get along anywhere, and they can sneak into any place or pick any lock. They are masters of reading an environment and people. Ships better watch their cargo with the Portside Saibas around.
THE DREGS — The Thugs
They are the rebels but they also fight for what’s right. They tend to be physically powerful and high-energy and use their power to protect those who need protection. Between running underground fight rings and policing the streets of the Dregs, these Saibas are definitely built to be brawlers.
INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT — The Engineers
These methodical problem-solvers love a good puzzle and will not rest until it’s solved. They are innovative and resourceful. They like to try to outdo each other’s inventions, sometimes with disastrous, or at least messy, results. They make sure to outfit the rest of the gang with any cybernetic enhancements they need.
NIGHT QUARTER— The Players
These Saibas love a good bet. They’ll wager on anything and tend to swagger into places and be that flashy guy at the poker table or the charismatic moto-racer. They have a tendency toward flair in everything they do. Whereas the thieves blend in, the Players stand out.
