I just met an interesting writer on Medium. Reading the first article made me come to a very intriguing idea.
He wrote, ‘Sometimes life is about being in the right place at the right time.’ Which sounded very thought-provoking to me.
I thought, Why not always? Most of the time, when I feel like I’m not in the right place at the right time, it turns out to be beneficial for me in the long run.
Yes, my dear Claude Frédéric, right you were again. 👍
“It almost always happens that when the immediate consequence is favorable, the later consequences are disastrous, and vice versa… Often, the sweeter the first fruit of a habit, the more bitter are its later fruits.” — Claude Frédéric Bastiat
We often overlook the long-term effects due to our limited perspective. Surely, one cannot see the whole big picture standing right in front of it.
