This Lauren Miller Story Is All Kinds of Weird

I’m going to need more details about how women are still dying during childbirth

One of the top headlines online this past week was “Real Housewives Executive and Mother of 2 Dies Giving Birth to Newborn Son.”

The woman was named Lauren Miller. I’d never heard of her before this week, and I’ve never seen an episode of Real Housewives. I know I am not the target audience for this news, but I’ve still read multiple stories now about this woman’s death. Not one of them has elaborated on the cause of death other than to say “Miller died moments after giving birth to her son, Jackson.”

Am I the only one who thinks that’s weird?
