Jen Heiser and Katie O’Shea make this trip twice a day, every weekday, year-round. Between late trains and snow delays in the winter, the journey is always full of surprises.Their trip starts at the end of the line in Rockport, and ends at North Station, with 12 more stops along the way. This is their trip into the city on Friday, October 14, 2016.
