With a blank Kanban board,
Bring in people, businesses, and matters which take real priority,
Family and friends always deserve the highest.
Treat chronic problems as epics,
Break them in smaller chunks…try to join the dots and resolve them,
One at a time,
One day at a time!
Have a quick daily standup with yourself, every morning!
Its important to keep that communication going.
Do not forget to celebrate on completion of every sprint,
However trivial it might have been.
Mistakes do happen, trust me, we all fuck up,
Make sure to have a retrospective and learn ’em lessons.

This is a project, a very critical one,
And only you are its project manager, product owner, sponsor and scrum master!
Nobody else cares, and nobody else should care, but you!
Take the responsibility, roll ’em sleeves up and get out there. !
