Today, we’re launching architect.salesforce.com in beta. Architects, welcome to your new digital home.

We began the journey of trying to better serve architect practitioners in the Salesforce ecosystem by listening.

And many of us share a common cycle: in the midst of solving a problem, or designing a solution, while trying to quickly double-check a recommendation, you look for resources to help. Far too often, you don’t find the resources you need. Or, if you do find them, you don’t find a clear voice from Salesforce among them. It feels like resources are locked away, and it can be hard to get started — especially when you’re working in areas that are new.

Earlier this year, we launched this blog as a first step in changing this cycle. Our beta launch of the Architect digital home is a critical next step.

We built this digital home for all of us. To unlock expertise from across Salesforce, and give it a common home. To give everyone a clear starting place, and a clear voice from Salesforce.

Let’s see what’s live today, and what we’re planning for the future.

What’s In the Beta

We’re launching a variety of content and resources from dozens of teams and contributors across Salesforce. We’ve organized content into four general modes, matching what it is architect most often do: design, deliver, govern and roadmap.

Here’s a few highlights:

We’re also pulling together resources that can be hard to find, like a consolidated view into Salesforce product release and maintenance calendars, or the latest release notes for various products.

In addition to these resources, you’ll also find ways to connect with Salesforce Architects, explore careers on Trailhead and more.

What’s Coming Next

We’ll be adding more resources, in more formats, in the coming weeks and days. (If you catch the Architect Sneak Peeks at DreamTX with Marc Braga and me, you’ll see some examples.) We’ll also be adding more depth into the sections of the site, especially as we hear feedback about what’s most valuable to you.

We will also continue to pull together resources from across Salesforce, and to make it easier to navigate across the different Salesforce destinations you visit, as a part of doing your job.

What You Can Do Now

Bookmark architect.salesforce.com. We hope it becomes part of the way you work. We hope you find resources that help you do your best work and help you grow as a practitioner. Resources that demystify complex choices, or push you to rethink assumptions, ask new questions and stay curious. And we hope that you’ll continue to help us shape the future for all Salesforce Architects and share your feedback.

We can’t wait to see what you build.

Our Thanks

Our new Architect digital home is the work of many individuals and teams across Salesforce. It is an honor to share their work with you — and to pass on our deepest thanks here:
