In December we have some new blogs in store for you about graphs, org migrations and the steps to build an integration strategy. We also have some great video content planned where we’ll be covering topics such as security and applying Well-Architected topics to real-world implementations.

As a reminder, our Call for Content is open through the end of December, so if you’re interested in writing for the Salesforce Architects blog, make sure to review our submission guidelines and submit your draft this month!

Let’s take a quick look at some of what you can expect in December.

On the Blog:

  • How Graphs are Giving AI a Glow Up — You might not have thought a lot about graphs since you tossed your TI-84 in the donation bin, but get ready to embrace your inner mathlete. Graphs are back and they are supercharging AI. Learn why graphs matter in machine learning and how they will be showing up in Salesforce products like Data Cloud.
  • Replacing Orgs with Marketing Cloud Integrations — Replacing a legacy Salesforce org that’s overloaded with technical debt is a challenge on its own. And the number of complexities increases exponentially if that org is connected to Marketing Cloud. Learn more about those complexities and your options to address them.
  • How to determine if the customer stays because leaving is too complex — As the link between technology and business, architects have the ability to assess the health of customer accounts and pinpoint potential risks that may impact the company’s bottom line. This post will cover ways to support stakeholders in identifying high-risk customers amidst a challenging environment and tightening budgets.
  • Building an Integration Strategy — Tools like Data Cloud allow you to stream information from multiple sources and combine it to get a complete picture of your customers and their activities. But to make sure that you have all the information you need to make the right decisions, you’ll need a thorough understanding of the sources themselves, including who owns them and how they get updated. This post will walk through the steps to create an overall integration strategy for your organization.
  • Announcing Salesforce Scale Test — We previewed Salesforce Scale Test during the Architect Keynote at Dreamforce ‘23. It will be generally available in December and this post will walk through how to access it and the steps to use it for performance and scale testing in your org.
