Decision Guides Homepage

We’ve published updated versions of our Data Integration and Event-Driven Architecture Decision guides. We regularly work with members of our product team and other subject matter experts to make sure that the information in our guides stays accurate and relevant as our products continue to evolve. The changes to both guides are outlined below and we’d like to give a big round of thanks to everyone who contributed.

Updates to Architect’s Guide to Data Integration

What’s New

  • Updated the Key Takeaway wording to recommend Data Cloud or Mulesoft for Cross-Org and Multi-Org approaches.
  • Added information about the legacy Salesforce to Salesforce product including the original intent of the product and the current recommended approaches to replace it.
  • Improved precision of Salesforce Connect references to make it clear that the product supports OData, SQL and GraphQL.
  • Updated tables to reflect the GA of built-in error handling with Mulesoft Composer.
