As promised, we’re sharing some really exciting news for Architects during DreamTX. And some of the biggest news is the new Trailhead content for architects, and our newest architect certification: the Certified B2C Solution Architect Certification.

First, let’s dive into what this new certification is all about, and then let’s look at what’s new on Trailhead.

New! Salesforce Certified B2C Solution Architect

For many companies, digital transformation is not a long-term goal — it’s a must-have. For companies looking to connect various systems and data sources to into a seamless, unified customer experience, the skills of an architect are critical to success.

We’re excited to expand the learning and career opportunities for architects to to meet their career potential, by introducing the Salesforce Certified B2C Solution Architect.

The Salesforce Certified B2C Solution Architect allows you to build the expertise needed to connect marketing, commerce, and service to deliver personalized consumer experiences. Salesforce Certified B2C Solution Architects know how to design multi-cloud solutions on the Salesforce Platform that power personalized, frictionless customer experiences that maximize business value.

You can get started by reviewing the exam guide, containing all of the information you’ll need to know prior to sitting for your exam, including recommended trainings, resources, and relevant Trailhead modules.

Partners can also explore a use-case driven learning path in Partner Learning Camp, exploring two domain areas: business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B). The content is built to help you expand your multi-cloud capabilities, accelerate optimal decision-making for customers, and speak a common language to business and technical leaders.
