In October we have some new blogs in store for you about topics like diagrams and journey maps We also have some great video content planned where we’ll be covering topics such as Data Cloud and Flow Orchestrator.

Our Call for Content will be closed while we review all the amazing submissions we received over the last few months. But now is a great time to review our submission guidelines because our Call for Content reopens next month.

Let’s take a quick look at some of what you can expect in October.

On the Blog:

  • Architecting for Scale with Customer Journey Maps — Learn to balance practical and abstract concepts to tell a story that aligns an organizational vision to a course of action.

  • Share a Pre-Filtered View of the Template Gallery — You can now share a filtered view of the template gallery. See it in action here with the new Generative AI templates from the Architect Keynote. You can share to social or copy the URL to share somewhere else.
  • Clean Energy Programs Data Model — This new data model includes Individual Application, Program, Action Plan, Usage Impact Group and Benefit Assignment entities in Energy & Utilities Cloud. Here’s a pre-filtered view of Energy & Utilities Cloud to easily check back for this diagram.
  • 4 New Roadmap Templates — Updated Business and Technology Roadmap diagrams including templates for Capability, Feature, System, and Component Roadmaps to help you plan with intention.
  • Elements.cloud Template Links — You’ll start seeing template links to open diagrams directly in Elements.cloud this month. Check it out first on this Sales Cloud data model with more on the way.
  • There are also a number of additional updates coming this month to the website, including links to all our RSS feeds in the Connect menu, filter & search functionality in the Design Pattern Gallery, as well as new AI-related patterns across Well-Architected.

On YouTube:

  • Under the Hood: Flow Orchestrator: Step through the capabilities of Flow Orchestrator and learn how to use them to orchestrate complex sets of automations.
  • Under the Hood:Data Cloud & The Event Bus Runtime: Did you know that Data Cloud leverages the Event Bus Runtime? Learn how they can work together to deliver near real time data updates.
