Last month I attended EPIC2015 in Sao Paulo, Brazil. This conference brings together ethnographers and designers from all over the world who create business value by understanding people and their practices.

In our continual pursuit to better understand our users, the Salesforce research team has utilized personas in various iterations, some of which have been more successful than others.

On the EPIC blog, I wrote about our journey with personas and how we went from idle personas that were hardly used to a set that has inspired hashtags and impacted R&D and beyond.
