A year and a half ago, our team kicked off a concerted effort to get more involved in the design community through sponsoring and supporting the best design conferences and meetups, both in San Francisco and across the US. In the process, we’ve found the design community to be incredibly generous, open, warm, and welcoming. We’ve loved partnering with event organizers who are passionate about gathering curious and talented people, just to see what might come of it. Here are a couple of events we’re really excited about in the near future:

Enterprise UX (May 13–15)

Louis Rosenfeld’s inaugural event hits close to home. Enterprise software gets a bad reputation as being unsexy and fraught with unsolvable design challenges, but we know better. We’re super excited to dialogue openly about the fun, complex, and never-dull world of working as enterprise designers. If you haven’t signed up yet, use the code SALESFORCE15 for 15% off your ticket, and come check out our booth for a free t-shirt!

SF Design Week (June 4–12)

Every year, AIGA throws SF Design Week — a magical week, chock full of workshops, seminars, lectures, and studio tours. We just missed the boat on this last year, but are thrilled to be partnering with them this June. Come find us at the Design Hub, where we’ll have an exhibit and lots of free schwag!

UX Night (June 10)

We’re partnering with our friends at Cascade SF to host and sponsor the June edition of their monthly UX Night, where designers come to mentor and be mentored in a fun speed-dating format. We love that Cascade has provided an outlet for young designers to learn and grow and for seasoned designers to pay it forward with their expertise and wisdom.

Yes and Yes Yes (June 12–15)

We love the vision behind YxYY. Three years ago, they postulated that “if you get a group of smart, engaged individuals together in the right place, great things would happen.” The schedule is loose, the format is hands-on, and the people are awesome. That’s a gathering we can definitely get behind.

Hope to see you at one or more of these events!
