SALIDO Supports Produce Playoff for No Kid Hungry Campaign

SALIDO is passionate about giving back to the hospitality community. On Wednesday August 24th, SALIDO sponsored the Produce Playoff at Betony. The event benefited Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry campaign that strives to end childhood hunger in New York City.

Celebrity chefs in attendance included Bryce Shuman of Betony, Flynn McGarry of Eureka, Daniel Burns of Luksus, Bo Bech of Geist, Enrique Olvera and Daniela Soto-Innes of Cosme and beverage directors Leo Robitschek of Eleven Madison Park and Thomas Waugh of Major Food Group were generous enough to donate their time to the event. CEO and Founder, Shu Chowdhury, and Justin Wands, Director of Business Development attended the event on behalf of the SALIDO team. The event’s menu was a culinary masterpiece with delightful wine pairings for each course.
