A Poem

Upon the sunshine and blue skies above, with every inch of despair we come from. The midnight rain, the stars at night, we surrender to His light.

Life Is But A Dream

We gather our struggles by the moon, We hide behind the trees of gloom. Deceit written in disguise, betrayal in our lonely eyes.

Life Is But A Dream

He carves our way for us to see, but some go astray, for we are weak. He never gives up, he never stops, we are His children, for we still breathe.

Life Is But A Dream

Rivers run into the sea, just like our tears, our painful plea. Shame may strike us, for we are human. It’s never forever, that is for certain.

Life Is But A Dream

When we leave this land, our days on Earth will be freed. We’ll wake by Heaven’s light, because Life is but a dream.

Just a quick message, Life is not permanent. But God’s love is.

Thank you for reading!💟

I love writing short stories, poetry, even a little dab in Erotica. I write what's in my heart, experiences, loss, lessons. Writing is a deep thinker's escape.
