Everyone has within them the light to offer others in their time of need. You may be able to “fan the flame” of your light with interacting with others who are like minded. In many of the communities on this Medium platform, I have had the opportunity to meet wonderful writers and readers. I have felt their light, even those that don’t feel quite comfortable to share what they feel. They will in time feel confident with their gift!

What is the meaning of “the collective” here on this Medium platform.
“Collective behavior, the kinds of activities engaged in by sizable but loosely organized groups of people. Episodes of collective behavior tend to be quite spontaneous, resulting from an experience shared by the members of the group that engenders a sense of common interest and identity. The informality of the group’s structure is the main source of the frequent unpredictability of collective behavior” per Britannica Dictionary online.
We have so much collective power within our ranks. I have only met one person on Medium that had something rude to say in a remark he/she left in a fellow writer’s article. There is no place for this type of behavior in the groups/salons I am now included in as a…
