A taste of the East

Starting at the Fargo Village in Coventry and passing by cafe Anatolia (it means “of the East”) I saw Aisha making pies on a metal dome that was hot with fire in its insides.
It’s a relatively new addition this shop- the deco takes me to somewhere in Turkey and the handmade ayran and gozleme taste like home.
