O Lord, Amazing God of Creation

Your beauty surrounds me daily, and floods my senses with your sounds, smells, and touch

O Lord, Amazing God of Freedom

You refuse to pick up the leash and rod you could use on all that is yours

O Lord, Amazing God of Grace

You are always willing to forgive, though we in our freedom spurn and insult you

O Lord, Amazing God of Mercy

You hold out the hand of salvation, knowing we may rather turn away than reach out

O Lord, Amazing God of Justice

You guide us towards your righteousness, through the open door you leave for us to seek out

O Lord, Amazing God of Power

You are always able to right the wrongs that we in our ignorance commit in our lives

O Lord, Amazing God of Love

You are always there for us in our times of need

When we turn to you in confusion and pain

When we turn to you in despair

When we turn to you in self-loathing

Yes, even when we turn to you in anger

O Lord, all powerful Lord of my life

I pray you help me turn to you in my own life

Help me turn to you in prayer and worship

Help me turn to you with joy and adoration

Help me turn to you and seek you with all I am

That I may someday fully appreciate Your Glory

O Lord, Amazing God and keeper of my heart.
