The Circuit Youth team is back! You may have a few questions so lets go those out of the way first!

  1. Where did we go?/ Where is the space?

We had some very good reasons, as sad as it was to leave our first space, one being we are teenagers who need a summer vacation! But yes, we did leave our original space in the “Underground Market”, and Yes we are moving into a new space later this year. First we had a great time this summer, secondly we didn’t completely forget about our company. During this past summer break we traveled all over for all sorts of fun. Starting in San Francisco, for the biggest virtual reality expo in the world. We met up with the biggest and best of the tech world, and started relationships where necessary for future partnerships. Then in July we spent the month in San Francisco, spending the occasional moment with our latest partner Ceptr working on a soon to be announced partnership. Continued from there we then spent most of the month of august with the amazing people of Future Scouts, from working on their bus (as seen in the photo above), to grounding the relationships between our teams to develop an awesome program for the youth of Ashland, OR. All leading up to the “Rogue Valley Mini-Maker Faire”. With over 450 total virtual reality showings, as well as some awesome projects! Thanks to everyone at Science works who put the festival on this year, we had lots of fun and hope to see you next year! Overall this summer has been great and filled with adventure.

2. Whats the future of Circuit Youth look like?

We are proud to announce that Circuit Youth is becoming a non-profit, and as for our future. We are planning a fund-raiser for when the process is complete, where and when exactly is still unclear, but what we are sure of is that you will all be very excited when you see our TBA partnership with another company here in Oregon, (Click here to see their page, but we didn’t send you there.) to which brings us to our next space. For now all i can tell you is that as soon as the non-profit status kicks in we will be up and running within a month after.

Overall, this year, 2017 has been one of the best years for Circuit Youth. Regardless of all of the worry and doubt, just know that we are still running, and we are still ready to accomplish our dreams. We are still here to create change for the better of all us, and provide a fun, creative space for youth to ignite their genius. Check up for updates on our social media, see you soon!
