On December 3rd The First Ashland, Oregon Makerspace Opens Its Doors

After 4 months of preparation, the initial effort is going to finally succeed and Circuit Youth is ready to offer youth the space to live and thrive!

This is it. The big week at last.

We’ve got flyers, posters, and business cards printed all ready to go.

We, the Ashland youth, need a space to not only be creative but also a place to hang out and explore new technologies and skills such as: virtual reality, 3D printing, entrepreneurship, and programming. We seek to help youth succeed in the course of their careers through the learning of these skills and their application in Circuit Youth’s creative and immersive environment. We are creating a makerspace focused on homeschoolers and youth (ages 13–25). We are creating a place focused on helping the youth achieve their full creative potential in their eventual careers and in all other aspects of life as well.

Our mission: We believe that everyone is a creator rather than a consumer and that everyone is capable of developing their full potential into genius.

Circuit Youth will have its first official presentation and its grand opening Saturday, December 3rd at 6 P.M. in the Ashland Underground Market (across from Dragon Gong Fu Tea House).
