Everyone has the right to define what is the meaning of life to them. And they can spend their whole life to put those theories into practice. There’s no right and wrong for the answers since we are the one who makes the decision and takes the consequences.

For me, I break this topic down into three parts: body, mind, and spirit.

  • Healthy body

Statistically, there’s a higher chance for people to have a healthy body if they have a regular daily routine such as sleep and wake up early, exercise, eat healthy food (less oil, salt, more whole grains, and vegetables). I know it sounds boring, but life is a kind of art and you can always make it more fun.

  • A strong mind and a meaningful life
  1. Maintain harmonious family
  2. Make friends who are outspoken, integrity, interesting and knowledgeable
  3. Steady growth of the business (learning investment, expanding assets)
  4. Hobby (reading, thinking, writing, traveling and be a speaker to influence the world positively)
  5. Clear conscience (Think twice before we act, think of consequences, have positive thoughts, behaviors, habits, and personality)
  • Spirit (not fear of death)

Religion (this could be controversial since some people are atheistic, some believe the god has more than two hands, some think God is pure energy. The way people think and rites could be different from races, languages, and geography. The common ground is that people need something or someone (which could be tangible or intangible) for having spiritual dependence, which may help them overcome difficulties in every stage of life). I believe God will tolerate us even if everyone goes to heaven in their own way.

In short, I am training myself to maintain a healthy body, a strong mind and not fear of death. This is my meaning of life and everyone needs to customize their own version. Life is short, but we wasted our time carelessly that makes our life shorter. Yet don’t be afraid once we found our goals and directions in life.

Ten Luxuries in Life. How many do you have?

1. An awakened and enlightened life

2. A heart that’s free, joyful and full of love

3. A spirit bold enough to travel the world

4. Returning to nature

5. Safe and peaceful sleep

6. Enjoying your own space and time

7. Sharing love with family

8. Friends that truly understand you

9. A healthy body and a rich inner life

10. The ability to influence and ignite the dreams of others
