Samebug is committed to developing a community for developers. As promised in my last blog post, I was going to keep you up to date with what the Samebug team have been developing for the platform. These blogs will be broken into different components of what the team have been working on, and hopefully I’ll be able to give you a bit of context for each component.

Getting expert help easier
Samebug connnects people based on the stack trace with experts to give help and provide solutions to software problems. We have streamlined this to make it easier for you.
- When writing an explanation of your stack trace to send to an expert you will be prompted to give more detailed response
- Will get a confirmation message thanking them for posting a help request and that it has been sent.
Eclipse / Workspaces
We’re working hard to get our Eclipse Platform and Workspaces up and running. We’re happy to report that things are going really well. If you’d like more information about this, don’t hesitate to drop us an email at support@samebug.io
- The platform recognises Samebug and the stack traces
- We will provide the documentation to support the platform soon.
Overall UI Updates
- We’ve now introduced state changes updates for tips
- Solutions to your stack traces now appear from the web
- Bugmates are now clickable and the overlay has been updated
