Google has come up with a new set of policy updates for Google Play Store, with some sweeping changes to the platform.

Among the apps that are currently prohibited are crypto miners and apps double-geared towards kids, however, containing adult themes.

“Repetitive content” is also currently prohibited, that is delightfully ironic because of Google.

The Chrome net Store’s content policies got an enormous overhaul recently, therefore it had been only a matter of your time before the Google Play Store followed suit. That day has returned, as we recently learned that a large sweep of Google Play Store policy updates simply landed.

Almost all the updates got to do with prohibition or limiting content that the Play Store can host.

The best part of the policy update is that Google can be able to ban lots of apps with similar content and user experience or apps that are created from an wizard service, automatic tool, or from templates and submitted to Google Play by the operator of that service on behalf of another person. The 2nd half makes good sense, however 1st half? Ummm…Google, have you ever looked yourself in the mirror lately? Gmail and Inbox are growing ever closer to being pretty much an equivalent, and that’s not the single example of the company’s endless app overlap.

Continuing on, Google also will ban crypto mining applications. This isn’t too shocking, as crypto miners were additionally banned from the Chrome net Store because of rogue apps mining crypto without users knowing that’s what they are doing.

Applications that sale explosives, ammunition, firearms or various firearms accessories” are currently prohibited. This may probably make some Americans angry, because they love guns. however, there are some bad applications out there that will train you to know how create your own guns and explosives. I believe the Play Store will live without apps like that.

The final 3 forms of apps that are currently prohibited get filed within the “This makes good sense, why hasn’t this always been the case?” category. Those apps include:

Applications that are clearly double-geared and have adult themes, plus adult contents for kids.

Apps that serve no purpose nonetheless pushing advertisements to users

Apps that purposefully mislead users in some fashion

So these are the new google play store policy update. World is technically getting better i guess. Hands off to google.

And there’s another little new that we want to tell you and this is specially for samsung galaxy and Note users,

Your Oreo updates will be on the way through Samsung smart switch( rumor), hopefully take a look at Samsung smart switch guys because samsung is putting a lot of effort these days to Samsung smart switch, and you don’t have the app then this is the time that you will have to download samsung smart switch apk if you don’t know what is Samsung smart switch is then its an app that can transfer your data to another galaxy or Note mobile phone and restore, and fully backup, many more or in a blink of an eye. Enjoy!
