The service maintenance is completed as of 20:00 (KST) on November 29th, 2020. Now normal Sandbank services including deposit and withdrawal have been resumed.

[Deposit and Withdrawal]

  • 2020–11–29(Sun) 20:00 (KST) all services including deposit and withdrawal at Sandbank have been resumed.
  • Make sure you create the new address for BTC, ETH, and USDT immediately after loging in. It is expected to take a long time to recover your asset if you deposit to the old addresses.

[How to Create New Address]

  • Please create the new addresses for BTC, ETH, and USDT following the steps below
    : Log into Sandbank → Select ‘Token Management’ → Select ‘Deposit’ tab→ Choose BTC, ETH, or USDT in dropdown → Click the ‘Create Wallet Address’ button → Check the newly issued address.

[Important Notice]

  • You should not use the old deposit addresses for BTC, ETH, and USDT from now on. If the old Sandbank addresses are registered to the wallet list at other services(i.e. Exchanges), make sure you replace them with the newly issued addresses.
