Ready, set, go! The Sandbox Summer Jam LAND sale wave 2 is coming to you on Thursday July 1st at 1PM UTC.
Get your pick out of the 1,050 LANDS and 350 additional Premium LANDS that will be sold close to our two partners for this wave: Dingaling, Gutter Cats and SuperYeti. You will also have the opportunity to bid on one or more of the 7 ESTATEs that we will auction on OpenSea including the only massive 24x24XL ESTATEs that will be sold during this event.

SuperYeti
A cold breeze has taken over the north-west part of the map, for this wave. We are welcoming a new partner that will star during our July 1st sale, SuperYeti! These cool ERC-721 3D creatures are randomly created and registered on the blockchain. You can find their 6x6 ESTATE at these coordinates: -30,192, between two 3x3 ESTATEs that will be put on auction on OpenSea.
Gutter Cat Gang
The Gutter Cat Gang is taking over a 3x3 ESTATE located at the -6, 183 coordinates. The gang counts 3,000 cats, some of which will voxelize their way into our metaverse for some paw-some catventures. Their ESTATE can be found below a 6x6 ESTATE that will be sold on auction on OpenSea on the first.
Dingaling
This NFT collector has been the winner of many auctions during our Euphoria LAND sale. Extremely passionate about The Sandbox he is now expanding his horizon this summer by acquiring an ESTATE to add to his flourishing collection. Their 12x12 ESTATE will be found at the -12,156 coordinates next to ZEPETO’s ESTATE from the Euphoria LAND sale, and above a 6x6 ESTATE that will be put for auction on OpenSea, July 1st.

To celebrate the sale of a massive extra large 24x24 ESTATE we have decided to spice up the OpenSea auction for this event. 24x24 ESTATE are an rare breed, a handful of them exist and because of that, they are few and far between. This is the only 24x24 ESTATE that will be for sale during the full duration of the Summer Jam LAND sale and who knows when we’ll see another one, so don’t miss this opportunity to grab 576 LANDs at one fell swoop!
How does the Dutch auction work?
The auction will begin at a 10,000,000 SAND starting price and will slowly decrease to a 1,000,000 SAND ending price. The first person to accept the bid will get the ESTATE, so better be quick on this one! For comparison, the last 24x24 ESTATE to be put on auction was during the second public LAND sale and sold for $650,000 (approximately ~2.6M SAND at the time of writing).
For such an auction we have doubled the auction duration to give you all more time to prepare. You will have 48 hours to accept a bid on this behemoth of an ESTATE.
As part of our partnership with WeForest, we are going to offer 1% of the proceeds from this sale to WeForest to protect and restore forests in Ethiopia, Zambia and Brazil.
