The Summer Jam LAND Sale — Wave 4
Buckle up, a new wave of LAND sales is coming to the metaverse on July 15th at 1PM UTC!

Zenft
With Zenft you will find your inner peace attitude on the blockchain! Zenft is a project that created 8,888 unique, procedurally-generated AR & VR bonsai. During this fourth wave, the team behind Zenft is acquiring an ESTATE to add some Feng Shui to the metaverse! Expect to see a few Zen gardens and lots of bonsai growing within the bounds of their 3x3 Zenft Garden Society, that is on the left of a 6x6 ESTATE you can get on auction!
Ethlings
Ever wanted to own an avatar that you could update and customize at will without having to mint it over and over again? Look no further than Ethlings! Based on the Polygon chain, these voxel-compatible avatars will populate a 3x3 ESTATE within our metaverse located next to a 3x3 ESTATE you can bid on over at OpenSea on July 15th at 1PM UTC!
Metakey
Metakey is a project with a simple premise: one key that has more than a 100 use cases across metaverses! It is basically the key that rules all metaverses! One of their use case will be found within The Sandbox Metaverse and there will be plenty of room to unlock that key’s potential on their extra large 24x24 ESTATE located at the 36,132 coordinates at the edge of the wave 4 area, above the only large 12x12 ESTATE to be auctioned on this wave.
Premium LANDs
The 280 Premium LANDs that will be up for sale during this fourth wave are all conveniently located close to our partners, The Sandbox owned ESTATE and the ESTATEs that will auctioned on OpenSea.

More of an ESTATE kind of LAND owner? Don’t worry, we have plenty in store! Starting on July 15th at 1PM UTC, you will have a chance to bid on five small 3x3 ESTATEs, two medium 6x6 and one large 12x12 ESTATE that will all be auctioned on OpenSea. But don’t dawdle, the auctions only last 24 hours!

LAND Sale improvements
Following feedback, we received from the community, we have decided to tweak how our LAND sales are operated. The main goal with these changes is to ensure that, from here on out, our LAND sales run smoother and are fairer to everyone:
- Our server capacity has been updated to handle the number of users simultaneously present on the map.
- Extra security checks on Cloudflare Enterprise CDN are run to make sure all transactions are human.
- Starting on Wave 3: to improve map loading, we have created a new view on the map that only loads the area of the sale.
- We will start testing a queueing system that will make LAND distribution fairer so that the speed of clicking is no longer the main criterion to get a LAND. This new feature requires heavy testing and won’t be implemented during this fourth wave.
