8008 JunkYard Dogs living on the Ethereum blockchain. Pushing avatar projects to the next level by pioneering quality animation in NFT profile pictures. This week we’re throwing the team from Junkyard Dogs a bone and seeing how loud these dogs and REALLY bark.

We will be speaking with developers of Junkyard Dogs, on October 20th, Wednesday at 12 PM est to learn more about and what they’re building currently on their roadmap, and how that will tie into The Sandbox

Junkyard Dogs is a generative profile picture that prides itself on its high quality animation that can be seen not just in the profile itself, but eventually through animated released
The team plans for deep utility throughout the project such as arcade minigame, utility tokens and use through upgrades within the furnace system
And of course, full metaverse integration, including the Junkyard social hub with 3D avatars for holders

After the deadly gas wars of 2049, what was left of humanity was forced to retreat to the moon, leaving our canine companions behind. Eventually this makeshift civilization would pull itself up by the bootstraps, and the Junkyard was created within the metaverse. The team set the community launch of 1888 NFTs on 10th Aug, 2021, followed by the main launch on 11th Aug, 2021. In both instances, the JYD NFT was sold out in less than 10 minutes.
