To be courageous is to be afraid of something but do it anyways. It is to dislike the cold, but jump into the sea anyways. To be courageous does not mean lack of fear. It is a muscel to be courageous.

“Dear to Lead” was one of the best books I read in 2019. This woman writes about ideas that help me to feed my “I’ll do it anyways” attitude.
