The COVID-19 pandemic has sparked a lot of disruption in our day-to-day lives, and it’s important to us to keep an open and direct line of communication with everyone who has questions and wants to hear and learn about SAP Fiori and user experience.

To continue providing you with valuable information about SAP UX and SAP Fiori activities during this time, we invite you to our weekly SAP Fiori-side Chat. Hosted by the SAP UX Product Management, the Fiori-side Chat is a virtual real-time meeting held as a video chat, covering areas such as UX strategy, adoption, application development, development tools, design, and UX research. These 50-minute chat sessions are informal in style, allowing for dialogue between meeting participants, the UX product management team, and guest speakers. In some cases, we are also making it more tangible with a demo or presentation.

First session recording available

The initial meeting took place on March 26, 2020 and covered the value of UX as well as a high-level overview of SAP Fiori.

There was a strong interest in seeing what the SAP Fiori-side Chat is all about, but the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Attendees described the meeting “as a really great format,” and that “these open ongoing conversations can be really valuable.” Due to the high demand we have increased the capacity to 500 attendees.

Next SAP Fiori-side Chat session: SAP Fiori elements and SAP Fiori tools on April 7

If your curiosity has been sparked, the next session on the topic of SAP Fiori elements and SAP Fiori tools takes place on April 7 at 5pm CET / 11am EST / 8am PST, hosted by product management team member Peter Spielvogel.

At the end of the meeting, the audience has the chance to let us know what topics they’d love to hear about in the upcoming sessions. Our team will do their best to accommodate their wishes, adjusting plans if necessary and according to the motto: a problem shared is a problem halved.
