Discussing women in tech is all the rage, but acting on it to bring about change is another. Diversity, inclusion, and equality are not simply topics for SAP CX -they are core to our business values and purpose. That’s why we are so proud to feature the Equality Lounge at SAP Customer Experience LIVE in Barcelona.

To bring the Equality Lounge to CX Live, we are proud to be partnered with The Female Quotient, who are committed to advancing equality in the workplace through collaboration, activating solutions for change and creating measurements for accountability.

Link Up

The Equality Lounge will feature opportunities to network with those who are working toward advancing equality.

Through inspiring panels and fireside chats, participants can draw in and link up a network of powerful women and men who care about diversity, inclusion, and equality. They’ll have the opportunity to take part in purposeful conversations, allowing them to create a lasting network of leaders, future leaders, and brand advocates.

This isn’t only about women in leadership; this is an effort to support and encourage women at all levels of business who also offer incredible contributions across all areas of CX. Similar to SAP Next Gen’s partnership with The Female Quotient to launch The Girls Lounge across college campuses, The Equality Lounge will be a destination where women can connect, collaborate, and activate change together.

Attendees will be able to:

· Partner with our customers, partners, and industry thought leaders to drive awareness of the significant contributions of women across Customer Experience — in both technical and non-technical roles and at all levels of the organization.

· Freely and openly discuss topics of diversity, inclusion, and equality — AND how powerful women are driving important change across the space.

· Participate in thought-provoking discussions and panels and have intimate chats with leaders across CX about driving change and prioritizing diversity and inclusion.

· Enjoy unstructured “lounge time” where attendees can rest their legs, network, and get their professional headshot updated.

Don’t Miss These Sessions

While I am excited about the entire program we will feature in The Equality Lounge, I am particularly looking forward to:

· Sylvia Baffour’s session Leveraging Emotional Intelligence to Connect with Purpose, which ties so nicely to the theme of CX Live. It’s imperative for brands today to create meaningful relationships that translate into lifetime loyal customers, and now more than ever, customers align more closely with businesses they feel support their values and the things they care about.

· Fireside Chat Building a Future for Everyone with Alex Atzberger, President of SAP CX.

· Regina Mehler’s Develop Your Voice & Build Your Brand — Harness your Passion to Boost Your Profile and Career will be an action- oriented workshop with real take-aways, providing participants with tips and tricks for developing their voice and brand.

· Fireside Chat with Amy Hatch, How to Drive Immediate Change to Overcome Unconscious Bias, where she’ll reveal how the thought leadership vehicle for SAP CX altered the landscape in content marketing to make it more inclusive, and how other organizations can do the same.

· Educating the Next Generation of Female Leaders and Tech Giants with three powerhouses, Ann Rosenberg, Catherine Connors, and Regina Mehler.

· Being a Purpose Driven Brand — Unplugged with Alicia Tillman will feature Alicia, the CMO of SAP, and other CMOs as they discuss why purpose is so incredibly important to brands today.

You can discover all of the fantastic sessions and opportunities offered by The Equality Lounge here.
