It’s valentines day, after messaging my wife and breakfast we set of at 8am to NVI fir our second workshop day

A reasonably prompt start (Ugandan style), we presented a cake to one of the instructors for her birthday, wonderful to see her full of joy and almost in happy tears.

Topics covered during the day: value proposition, compiling a “motto”, 7 P’s of marketing, marketing idea creation, overview of marketing and communication plan tool

A great day, fabulous interaction, super gamification and terrific result

Part of the team conduct field research in Hoima, interviewing individuals and businesses….some terrific findings. In addition they commenced developing the toolkit framework

Alignment and debrief at Trisek hotel followed by drinks and dinner. Many internal meetings with other teams to tube alignment and share findings. Most were tired and went to bedrooms around 9:45pm

What a great day!

Learning/ to remember:

Ugandans eat frequent and lots, they love to compete and enjoy games.

The more we discover the more we find commonality

Everyone is tired after long days
