Day 2
On Sunday, our team was all aboard! Our joiners coming from Cairo — either from a stopover or straight from the pyramids joined us. Unfortunately some luggage was missing somewhere in the world and you know those garments and aromas which brings us back home, they really make us comfy when we are abroad. It was really amazing to see the happiness of our colleagues when they were reconciled with their luggage after numerous calls and some painful days later (yes, days later).
Our second day was all about building team spirit, revising SAP CSR strategy with Mette — our SAP Social Sabbatical mentor from Denmark, understand her project and rebrief ours, go through the MBTI assessment, which is a test to understand our working traits and how we position alongside our teammates, some game play around communication, get to know the whereabouts in the city, and the logistics of the week… how would we be getting to our clients?
In summary this was a day to:
1. get to know one another
2. discover a little bit more about ourselves
3. understand why CSR is important for SAP
4. revise what we came to do here
