First visual for Innocity

Exactly 3 months after my last day in Ahmedabad, the SAP Social Sabbatical CSR project I worked on was officially communicated to the world.

This tweet reveals to the Indian entrepreneurship ecosystem the very first version of Innocity, the new web platform that me and my 2 SAP teammates participated in during February 2017.

The initial launch is planned in Ahmedabad and Jaipur (2 cities in the north west of India) on June 24th and the entrepreneurship ecosystem of these 2 cities will be able to use this first version of the program.

As indicated on the platform (http://innocity.in/) Innocity is an on-demand, highly customized program and enables professionals, mentors, startup founders, angels and other startup service providers to offer customized, specific and relevant services.

Some modules which will be available in a few days look very promising and will for sure help entrepreneurs in their journey. For example, several entrepreneurs I met (https://medium.com/sap-social-sabbatical/a-taste-of-indian-entrepreneurship-how-india-plans-to-offer-jobs-to-1-4-billion-people-5f4dee7c937a) will, for sure, benefit a lot from some of the modules for example “Zero Cost Marketing”, “Designing a great customer experience” or “Selling to Rural Customers”.

So, I’m very excited and proud to see that my work is now becoming something tangible and Indian entrepreneurship ecosystem will start benefit from it.

I’m also very proud of the CIIE team who was able to build this ambitious initial version in a few weeks only.

But, that’s only the very first step for Innocity and much more fancy enhancements are planned in the next months and years!
