SAP Social Sabbatical, Uganda — Week 2. The NVI Marcomms Workshop
#sapsocial sabbatical. We just concluded an immensely successful 2.5 day workshop with Nile Vocational Institute. Engaging with several board members, instructors and students we together accomplished:Marketing and communications plans; SWOT analysis; 7 P’s of marketing, Motto or tagline; Value proposition; Needs and challenges; Idea generation plus much more. The final presentation was conducted by “Gift” to the audience and 2 board members who seemed exited about the progress.
In parallel the team conducted much field research, devised a toolkit framework and interviewed selected audience form Hoima. A detailed document has been completed to summarize the findings.
