It’s amazing how time flies!
The second week has come and gone. Our group discussions from the previous week were fruitful in helping CIIE determine a logical approach to assessing and implementing their project vision as well as reorganizing the team structure to establish a viable change management process. We were able to provide guidelines to processes and help the team make it their own.
The weekend was nice and leisurely as we walked along the riverfront and checkout the Gandhi Ashram. Locals are always friendly and some just want a quick snap with the foreigners. Of course, I am now asking for one in return!
Time to gear up for a busy week ahead as we pull everything together into one cohesive story…
