Software Development pain points

No UX Designer → UI keep changing

CrowdAI is one of the project that we got this problem.

In addition, this project is a initiative of Research team, which focus on creating new application, instead of make it in good quality. Which in turns create much pain points for development:

• UI keep changing → super pain for software development, both frontend & backend.
• Extend the development time: delay schedule, change developers → the code base get more & more complicated & cumbersome.
