Sarah is an MBA Candidate at the University of Texas at Austin (McCombs) who has spent the past 7 years working in and studying SRE. She is currently a Technical Product Manager at Salesforce, and in her spare time can often be found on incident bridges or discussing SRE strategy with colleagues. These articles represent a body of work curated during her final semester of MBA, during which she undertook a journey to unify ideas across various disciplines, industries, and experiences in order to gain unique insight into SRE strategy.
