All about DAOs
The technical talk was a success as many were in attendance. The Tech Talk was hosted by @quickchange and @JonnyRingo, who went into thorough detail about the various aspects of DAOs and how the community in general. These tech talks are great as they allow anyone from the community to join in, ask questions, and get some education from our team who has a vast wealth of experience and expertise on these topics.

The decisions are governed by proposals and voting. Any good idea should thus have a great proposal and if it's really a great idea, the vote will be cast and hence implemented. He went further to state that the v1 needed a v2 and a proposal was made and hence the v2 project kick-started, they wouldn’t be a version v2 if the v1 didn’t have some loopholes he said.
Sarcophagus DAO:
“Governance” is super broad. Basically, a DAO can perform any kind of contract function on-chain. Sarcophagus, specifically, utilizes Aragon DAO framework for treasury management and governance voting. All proposals, funds, and votes can be viewed here (LINK). The word governance describes the process of approval for these actions as stated by @JonnyRingo.
The technical talk was open for questions and future plans in which a lot was discussed and hence also further light was thrown into the mode in which the ambassador program was created, and @JonnyRingo. responded by saying “community is key and project needs people to do some of the work and task in other to keep the system working he went further in describing how he drafted the proposal and how the program started in early 2021, and the growth and progress in the space of one year.
Wrap Up
This technical talk was particularly very informative as many community members got first-hand explanations about DAOs and how they run and function from the Ambassadors. The ambassadors would also like to give huge props to @Nsikan for writing up this review for the 3rd installment of the Tech Talks.
