The point of this post is to share a bit of what it was like growing up as a mixed kid. We still endure the same challenges: boyfriends, awkward teen years, finding our voice and purpose, pimples, puberty you know the whole shabang. While we share a lot of similarities with those of one race, we do have our own complex social perspectives.
