Steps To Recovering Your Account
Kindly follow these steps to recovering your account on the Web Exchange.
Step 1: Visit www.satowallet.com and click “Enter Exchange”
Step 2: Click on Login, select “Forgot Password”to reset account security.
Step 3: Enter email address
Step 4: Select security code and enter CAPTCHA, then click SEND.
Step 5: Login to your email address, check spam mail and copy the “Six Digit” pin sent (kindly whitelist satowallet from spam please).
Step 6: Return to web and input the six digit pin into “Security Code”.
Step 7: Set new password, confirm new password, and click “Password Reset”.
Step 8: Click on Login, enter “Email as Username”, enter “New Password” , enter CAPTCHA, hit sign in to get started.
