This blog is my work product for the Google Summer of Code. I have annotated all of my entries with links to GitHub issues and pull requests in the SynBioHub repository, so that the features I discuss are linked to code that I wrote. It is organized chronologically. Because I am the only developer of the Web of Registries utility, I did not link to the specific commit messages — you can see my work at the repository.

You can see the reference instance of SynBioHub at https://synbiohub.org. Furthermore, you can see the bleeding-edge development instance at https://dev.synbiohub.org.

I would like to thank my mentors, Anil Wipat, Chris Myers, and James McLaughlin, for their guidance and assistance over the course of the summer. I would further like to thank Anil and the ICO2S group at Newcastle University for supporting my stay in Newcastle, and Chris Myers for supporting my attendance at the IWBDA conference.
