My name is Bhuvan Sharma, and I am a 2nd-year student studying Chemical Engineering at BITS Pilani. I am based in Rajasthan as well.
My interest in computers began to develop in the 5th standard.
I used to be fascinated by the inner workings of a computer, which further led to my interest in Technology as a whole.
I always liked coding but I just wanted to know how to translate that to a computer — into making something that I would want to see as a viewer or a user. I was never interested in restricting myself to the basics. It was always about learning more, one way or the other.
My family has always motivated me to learn and grow more. When my second year started I thought that it would be a good time to take up an extra course.
This realisation coincided with Scaler Edge coming to our college and conducting workshops about machine learning, which made me want to join them for a more comprehensive learning experience.
I aimed to learn as much as I could and get guidance about what to do next, after chemical engineering.
The experience at Scaler Edge is very different in terms of its responsiveness. Both Anshuman sir, the TA, and Rahul sir, my mentor have collectively helped me with everything. They are the ones who have taught me how to handle the workload and manage my time.
The first class of interaction was very memorable, as I found a bunch of my batchmates there as well. My experience with my mentor and my peers has been great.
Scaler Edge has always offered proper guidance on what to do next in a very inclusive and comprehensive manner. We’re always following a structured path which has helped me a lot.
If I were to recommend, I would tell my friends that Scaler Edge’s responsiveness toward clearing my doubts in the least possible time is one of their greatest strengths and this responsiveness as a strategy has helped me a lot in moving forward.
