The biggest lesson that innovators can learn from Pokemon GO

It’s not tapping into a market using nostalgia or leveraging “viral” mechanisms.

Its not how Technology (AR, location, gamification, etc) helps you differentiate and build revolutionary experiences.

Its not that the only way to win is being backed by massive players (Nintendo and Google) or you need to ride off a previous success (Ingress).

It’s that if you make content that’s really engaging, people will engage.
