Getting Started
In order to hold SCA or to use it on Scallop, you will first need to setup a Sui native wallet.

Buying SCA
SCA is currently available on multiple Centralized Exchanges (CEX) and Decentralized Exchanges (DEX).
Purchasing SCA on DEX
Users will be able to directly purchase SCA via Scallop Swap.
Step 1: Ensure that your Sui wallet holds either SUI or USDC. Head to Scallop Swap page.
Step 2: Enter the amount and press “Swap”.
Step 3: Once you confirm the transaction in your Sui wallet, you should see your SCA in your wallet!

Step 1: Head to the spot trading page on the CEX of your choice.
Step 2: Enter the amount of SCA that you want to purchase.
Step 3: Head to the “Withdraw” section and select SCA as the asset to withdraw. SCA withdrawals can only be done via Sui Network.
Step 4: Once the withdrawal is successful, you should see your SCA in your Sui wallet!
Staking SCA for veSCA
Now that you have purchased your SCA, it’s time to stake it on Scallop for juicy incentives!
Step 1: Head to Scallop dApp.
Step 2: Navigate to the veSCA Staking Page
Step 3: Input the amount of SCA you want to stake. You have the option to select how long you want to lock your SCA for.
And there you have it, you have successfully staked SCA for veSCA! You will now be eligible for juicy SCA incentive rewards when you borrow on Scallop!
