In all actuality, Oswald Cobblepot — AKA the Penguin — isn’t necessarily on the forefront of horror comics (the Scarecrow probably has more of a stake on that). But the fact is we’re getting closer and closer to the pointy-nosed gangster of Gotham debuting on Max, and we see it fitting to address the swarm of DC comics (and other comics, too) dabbling into the horror genre!

(Agatha All Along, anyone?).
