Creating An Experience | Resume

Everybody knows that one way to get a job is by having a resume, but what people don’t know is that employers received thousands of applications through many social media links like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc. Then, how you will create something that will catch the attention of others?

The best answer is by developing and creating a more compile visual idea where you can explain information like:

  • About Me
  • Education
  • Experience & Projects
  • Awards Received
  • Skills
  • Projects Awards

Example

One of my best friends is getting graduated from college from an engineering role where he is able to explain things at a high level. However, one of his biggest problems is that he doesn’t have a lot of experience. For the same reason, I decided to help him a little bit more as a designer to make sure his resume will look better and that his resume will tell a story of who he is, what is he looking for, and what projects will show his experience.

Since he doesn’t have a lot of experience, I focused on his personal brand. In this way, I will know for sure what he is trying to accomplish what his future goals are. Technical interviews are hard, but if you are smart you will get the job. The problem is that Technology companies will have so many applicants that don’t have the time to review all their resumes. For this reason, you will need to think twice about the design style that you have on your resume.
