(Best Value) Foods (Price Per Gram of Carbohydrate)

Personally, I like to calculate the cost of my foods not by looking at the actual price or being distracted by discounts, but by calculating the price per gram of macronutrient or calories.

I made this list for personal use as well (and will continue updating it as I come across interesting foods), so the prices are based in the Netherlands and through an online grocery store called Picnic (as well as noting their cheaper bulk orders).

The values are based on a daily caloric need of 3k (chosen for myself due to being an athlete).
