They are frequent in people who have acquired weight or muscular mass suddenly (bodybuilders and weight lifters). They appear on the thighs, buttocks, knees, and elbows of youngsters throughout puberty and can also be caused by medical diseases such as Cushing’s syndrome.”

Causes of stretch marks:

2. Adolescence
